Murraylands Training & Employment - MT&E

MT&E is a Community Based Not for Profit Group Training Organization (GTO) specializing in Traineeships and Apprenticeships. It is run by a board of directors comprised of local business leaders and community leaders.

MT&E is a very competitive GTO and we encourage businesses to compare quotes from other GTO’s and talk to us on the many options that we may offer. Established in 1997, we have qualified staff sharing decades of experience in recruitment, employment, training and management. Since 1997, MT&E have employed over 2000 apprentices, trainees and labour workers. MT&E has also attained Commonwealth Government Recognition of Standards, which means that it is recognized by State and Federal Governments for meeting the eight standards for a Group Training Organization.

July 2018 marked the beginning of a new era for MT&E as we welcomed a new General Manager to our team, Tracey Kelly. Tracey comes to MT&E with a wealth of management experience, recruitment and training knowledge and high-level qualifications. Tracey has extensive experience in the community sector and has worked in the not-for-profit sector for over 20 years. Tracey has always had a strong focus on building strong relationships within workplaces and feels that it is vital for employees to feel supported, to receive appropriate training and are encouraged to learn and extend their skills and knowledge. Tracey will endeavour to bring this focus to MT&E and to continue to build relationships with future Apprentices, Trainees, Employees, Host Employers and the community.
