The Broken Path is a registered charity that was formed to bring support and awareness to those who suffer from PTSD, Anxiety, or Mental Health.

Our focus is to support Frontline Workers and their families who have walked the path.

Expression of Interest – First Responder Slow Pitch Baseball Game

The Broken Path Inc, in partnership with the Sydney Blue Sox, is calling on first responders and frontline workers to get involved in our upcoming First Responder Slow Pitch Baseball Game!

Taking place before the main game on Saturday 19 December 2026, featuring the Sydney Blue Sox vs Adelaide Giants at Blacktown International Sportspark, this is a fantastic opportunity to bring our frontline community together for some fun, connection and friendly competition.

This game is our way of saying thank you to the incredible people who dedicate their lives to protecting, supporting and caring for others. Whether you're an experienced player or have never picked up a baseball bat, we want you to be part of the action!

We have two teams to fill, so get your mates involved! It's all about having a laugh, building connections and celebrating the amazing work our first responders and frontline workers do every day.

🧡 WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY | 10 OCTOBER 🧡

Today is a reminder that behind every uniform, every smile and every person who says “I’m okay” may be someone facing a battle we cannot see.

At The Broken Path, we recognise the challenges faced by our frontline workers and their families who are impacted by mental health. We also acknowledge everyone who may be struggling, no matter what their circumstances look like.

💙 You are enough.
🧡 It’s okay to ask for help.
💙 You are not a burden.
🧡 Your story isn’t over.
💙 Better days are ahead.

Let’s continue to break down the stigma, check in on one another, and create a community where asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness.

You never know how much a simple conversation, a listening ear or a reminder that someone cares can mean to another person.

The world is better with you in it. 🧡

Behind every uniform is a person. Behind every frontline worker is a family, a support network, and a story that deserves to be heard.

Let’s continue to break the stigma, start the conversations and remind our frontline workers and their families that they’re not alone.

🚑🧡 NSW AMBULANCE APPRECIATION DAY 🧡🚑

Today we’re taking a moment to recognise and thank the incredible paramedics and NSW Ambulance teams who are there when our communities need them most.

To show our appreciation, The Broken Path team dropped off some donuts to the amazing paramedics at Campbelltown Hospital today. 🍩🧡

It might be a small gesture, but it’s our way of saying thank you for everything you do — the long shifts, the difficult callouts, the challenging moments and the countless lives you help every day.

And to the families who support our paramedics behind the scenes — thank you too. 🧡

Thank you for answering the call. Thank you for caring. Thank you for being there.
