Inspiring Wellness and Healthy Lifestyles Incorporated Health promotion non-profit charity collaborating with holistic health professionals to provide the community with access to quality healthcare.

We focus on reducing the onset of the metabolic syndrome and the prevention of mental health issues We are a health promotion charity, registered with Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission. We have a support team that comprises of a range of health professionals and health experts that provide our members with quality health care through our online and face to face wellness initiatives, workshops, programs and seminars. We also fundraise along side the major charity events and assist raise awareness for the major chronic diseases.

We provide a holistic health forum for our community members, where we engage local health industry experts to raise awareness to prevent the onset of the major chronic disease groups in Australia: Cardiovascular Disease, Cancer, Diabetes, Musculoskeletal Disorders (Arthritis and Osteoporosis) and Mental Health Disorders (Depression and Anxiety). We provide the community to access quality healthcare, free screening for risk factors at our educational seminars and through our activity and wellness programs.
