Sharing this platform with both my husband and son, is a surreal feeling 🙏🏽
My husband has always been behind the scenes, we have our Sisterhood and Care Bag Initiatives for our community, I’ve been able to help other women on this journey and they have been able to help me in ways they don’t realise 🥹💜
For our 6th Annual Gala this year, we opened up our doors to have both men and women at our event. For the first 5 years we focused on the women and their need for self-care and a safe space. The truth is: Men also need that.
Vince and I have travelled and still travelling the same parenthood journey navigating life with a medically complex son, it’s tough and we both deal with it in different ways, the important thing is we support each other and to know there is a place where you can be supported 🫶🏽
Next week on Thursday, 21 May, we are holding our Brotherhood Initiative launch in collaboration with , followed by the first Brotherhood Session on Thursday, 11 June at 💙
