We are also Community focussed and welcome all like minded members of the community to join us. Situated in the heart of Macclesfield, in the picturesque Adelaide Hills, South Australia. The Sub-Branch has a long standing history (established in 1941) with the local community. The RSL sub-branch has occupied the historic original school house since 1958. Carparking is available in front street and

All members of the public who support the ideals of the RSL are strongly encouraged to apply for membership of our sub-branch and enjoy the membership privileges of one of Australia's most revered service organisations. The sub-branch is open most Wednesday mornings from 10am and all members and the public are invited to come and enjoy the fellowship and country hospitality. Check opening dates and times - but also check when you go by - because there's a good chance it will be open with somebody looking for company!

Dear Macclesfield Community and Sporting Groups
You are warmly invited to attend the Macclesfield Community Association Annual General Meeting on Sunday 30 August, from 3–5 pm, as we celebrate the achievements and contributions made across our community over the past 12 months.
This year’s AGM will take a slightly different format. The formal AGM component will be brief, with a summary of the year’s activities across MCA and its sub‑groups presented mid‑meeting. Copies of the Annual Report, Financial Statements, Agenda, and last year’s minutes will be available for your reference.
The remainder of the meeting will be dedicated to our new platform for community led initiatives, Pitch to Win. The Macclesfield Community Association supports initiatives that reflect community priorities, and Pitch to Win offers locals the chance to showcase their creativity and energy in helping to shape our community. The session will run just before the brief AGM, followed by the announcement of the audience‑selected winners. Each participant will have two minutes to pitch their idea, with the community voting to decide the winners in each category. Two $250 grants are available in each of the following categories: Sustainability, Youth, and Community Connection.
Following the meeting, you are invited to stay for a relaxed light early supper — an opportunity to connect informally with fellow community members and celebrate the year’s progress together.
We look forward to welcoming you at the Institute on Sunday 30 August from 3 pm.
Warm regards
