Our next AIR hosts are Louise Wells, Julie Devereux and Anne Williams at Midland Junction Arts Centre.

Dates run from 16 - 28 June 2026. Tues - Fri 10-5, Sat & Sun 11-3

Please visit these talented folk, stay for a cuppa, a chat and play.

Their residency theme ‘Communicating Through Stitch’ will focus on paper, stitch and hand made books.
Visitors will have the opportunity to make a page or more of a folded book. All materials provided.

It is the last day to see Tiiu and Margery today as from Sun 17 to Sun 24 May Linda Penny and Virginia O’Keeffe will take over residency.
Virginia has her quilt hanging in the exhibition which is worth spending some time looking at.
Please support our artists in residence- and ask lots of questions!!! 🤣

Linda is slso holding two botanical printing workshops during the week and conducting a community embroidery project which everybody is encouraged to join in with!

A lovely lot of visitors at the exhibition today from WAQAs Contemporary Group and friends. There were several artists in attendance who gave short talks on their art pieces.
A lovely way to hear the back stories on the pieces.
