This past weekend, we had 541 events in Australia — contributing to parkrun's one millionth event globally! Thank you so much to everyone who joined us 🌳

On Saturday across Australia, we had:

💜 6,962 volunteers
😀 69,955 finishers
😮 2,407 first timers

On Sunday at our 2k events, we had:
📍 5 events
💜 100 volunteers
😀 437 finishers
😮 24 first timers

This week 113 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 28 were first timers and 19 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 9 different clubs took part.

Whitfords Nodes parkrun started on 18th November 2017. Since then 7,025 participants have completed 29,970 parkruns covering a total distance of 149,850 km, including 4,845 new Personal Bests. A total of 675 individuals have volunteered 3,014 times.

Hey Everyone

It's that time of the week, things are not looking so dire for Saturday, and we may even put some sunshine on for you. 🌞

We would love to have a photographer and a 2nd or even 3rd Marshal for this weekend, but the following weeks are looking pretty grim, so you know the drill, send us a DM, comment here or email us at [email protected] with you Parkrun registration number, the date you wish to volunteer for and the role you'd like to fill.📸 🌈😁

We are also missing in action TWO tokens. #64 and # 90. When you bring them back you can either hand them to one of the volunteers, loud and proud, or slip them into the bucket when you finish your run. We're just grateful to see them back 🙏
