π¨ WE'RE HIRING π¨Invertebrates Australia is seeking a Conservation Graduate Intern to help us create something genuinely new: Australia's first national map of Key Invertebrate Areas (KIAs) the critical places that our invertebrates need most. Working with a world-class international team, the successful candidate will produce the country's first accessible KIA map, a resource that will guide conservation action, land acquisition, and policy for years to come.
π WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
β’ PhD or Masters candidate or graduate in ecology, conservation biology, biogeography, or similar
β’ Strong GIS and spatial analysis skills
β’ Experience with large biodiversity datasets (e.g. ALA, iNaturalist)
β’ Self-directed, comfortable working online, great science communicator
