Our aim is...
• To contribute to the improvement and development of family relationships and prevent breakdown as a result of stress and crisis
• To provide support to families and individuals during vulnerable stages of their life
• To provide information, counselling and strategies to families and individuals on a one to one basis or in group activities
• To ensure that the services provided reflect and meet the needs of the community
• To refer presenting families and individuals to appropriate agencies and services
• To be non-judgemental and committed to our service’s philosophy

Reclaim the Night 🌙

Our team proudly showed their support last week for Reclaim the Night. 💜

Reclaim the Night is a movement advocating for women's right to feel safe and move freely in public spaces at night.

Sadly, 1 in 5 women aged 15 years and over have experienced sexual violence.

Everyone deserves to feel safe, respected and empowered. Together, we can help raise awareness, challenge harmful attitudes and create safer communities for all.

Don't let our girls grow up in fear. Let's stand together for change.
