Challenge #2 teach an adult in your house to do a cartwheel. The video says mum but it can be an adult of your choice!!! You have until Friday 5pm to submit your video. Post on this post. We have decided to turn this into an actual competition so the winners from last week have one point each. This time everyone who submits a video gets a point. Siblings will need to use different adults 😊

Remember - all are welcome to join in! Doesn’t just have to be levels gymnasts 🤸🏽‍♀️🤸🏽‍♂️

TUESDAY CHALLENGE!!!

We are still trying to put together an at home program so please bare with us..

Here is a challenge for today though and as a bit of fun amongst our girls. How many sit ups can you do in one minute? Have someone at home time you and count your sit ups. Then post your amount on this post.

You can have as many attempts as you like but only post your best time.

Anyone is welcome to join in the fun, rec gymnasts, level 2-6, ex gymnasts and even our parents/caregivers!! (Level 3-6 is expected)

Unfortunately gymnastics has been cancelled until further notice. We will keep you advised for our return. I will post at home exercises for the levels girls!! So keep an eye on this page 😊

Today is the last day to buy one of Zelines home made brownies. They cost $1 and all funds raised are going towards helping children with cancer.

HELP ONE OF OUR GYMNASTS Zeline Bonnay who is on a mission to raise money for kids with cancer. She has been busy making home baked goods to sell for $1. This Monday and Thursday only. Donations will also be accepted.

UPDATE: Lucy is now out of the hospital. Her surgery went well and she is recovering at home. We and some of the gymnasts visited her today and as always she had her beautiful smile on her face. We are so proud of you Lucy!

One of our beautiful gymnasts was taken to hospital yesterday and is now having emergency surgery (sinus sucks). Please keep her in your thoughts over the next few days/weeks.

Good luck Lucy. You are so brave and strong. We can’t wait to see your smile back in the gym when it’s all over. We are sending all our good vibes ❤️

Due to the weather and no chance of it cooling down gymnastics has been cancelled for today. We will see everyone next Tuesday when all programs go back. 🤸🏽‍♂️🤸🏽‍♀️

*Monday Rec classes and level 2 will commence on the 3rd of February. (10 week term)
