Every year Stationery Aid partners with Variety - the Children's Charity of Queensland to assist families and children return to school with essential curriculum-aligned student booklists, the tools required for learning at school for 12 months, and the same as other students! If you are an individual or family experiencing hardship, you can apply for a Variety Edukids grant which opens on 16 th November through the link below.

Heads up! EduKids Grants Open 16 November!

Variety Queensland is partnering with Stationery Aid to provide tailored stationery packs for students experiencing financial hardship. Each pack is prepared to suit the child’s year level and school booklist, helping families access essential supplies for the school year ahead.

Last week Marg, the extremely talented person behind thousands of our handmade pencil cases and library bags, popped in with Ted to deliver another 200 sets, ready for us to pack in to our booklists! Marg has been giving her time to help Stationery Aid for the last 3 years. I don’t know the accurate number of donated pencil cases and library bags she has donated but it is a least 1200 of each and behind each pencil case and library bag is Marg’s attention to detail and many hours of work sourcing and purchasing the fabric, zips and cords, cutting the patterns and then of course sewing! Marg has contributed so much to our back to school with purpose program, and the joy of her work can be seen in each and every item she creates! Thank you Marg (and Ted) for all you do to brighten our lives when you visit and the lives of the kids that benefit from receiving our bookpacks! We really appreciate everything you do!
