The sold out show of Beanstalk had the Civic Centre full of smiling faces. This impressive one man show used fairy floss and other clever props to tell the lesser known story of the Giant from Jack & the Beanstalk - what a hilarious time it was! 🌱

A big thanks to Spare Parts Puppet Theatre and CircuitWest: Shows on the Go for bringing this creative spectacle to Denmark. It was such a joy to have this touring show as part of our Denmark Festival of Voice program, and to see so many local families come along.

At Denmark Arts we feel very lucky to create opportunities for local and regional artists to take centre stage, and to live in a place that embraces live music and performing arts so wholeheartedly! 🙏🎶✨ We were blown away by the inspiring acts last weekend at the 23rd Denmark Festival of Voice. What was your favourite part?! For us, it’s too hard to choose!

What a jam packed weekend that was! Thanks to all who performed, attended and made the 23rd Denmark Festival of Voice what it was - a celebration of the human voice, of culture and of art.

From choirs, to storytelling, duos and bands, each act brought their unique flavour to the stage and captivated the ears, minds and hearts of the audience.

What a night! 🎶 We were overjoyed to see the Denmark Arts community show up to sing loud, and celebrate the end of an incredible weekend at the 23rd Denmark Festival of Voice. A truly fun evening of group singing led by musical director Cindy of Playlist choir (and Damien on the guitar!)

Thanks to all who joined us at Lights Beach Brewing for the closing celebration of our beloved annual Denmark Festival of Voice, it was an unforgettable experience. 🤩

We’d like to say a big thankyou to the Denmark Community Foundation WA Ltd! Your generous support allowed us to create the fun of this year’s Denmark Festival of Voice, which has been an incredible weekend of music, poetry and coming together to appreciate art.

Funding is key part of the puzzle and allows our team to create the magic that is the Festival of Voice. Thanks to all who joined in this weekend to celebrate creativity and live performance, and big gratitude to Denmark Community Foundation WA Ltd for supporting us!
