In full bloom, the golden wattle (Acacia pycnantha) showcases Australia’s beautiful national colours of green and gold, representing unity and resilience. At Girl Guides, we empower girls and young women to develop that same resilience, enabling them to discover and embrace their unique potential, much like wattle thrives in the face of challenges.

💫Registrations are now open for Jamborella 💫
Jamborella is a very special three-day camp bringing together 5 - 9 year olds from across the state.

The theme for this year is Reach for the Stars, where we’ll have a weekend filled with fun activities including; Flying Fox, Geocaching, Astronaut training, and Space Exploration games.

Our One n Only Ranger Guides have completed the WAGGG's Surf Smart 2.0 badge.
Through discussions, games and hands on activities the girls explored topics including Surf Smart and AI, Online Risk Protection, creating strong passwords, Real or Fake, Brave Space, Spot AI, Helping hand (who you can turn to)and fun team building activities.

Exciting news!! Cranbourne Dolphin Guides will be reopening in term 4 😊😊😊
We're now accepting registrations to attend our open night on Tuesday 6th October, 2026.
If you know a 5 to 10 year old girl who would love to get outdoors, learn new skills, be active in the community, challenge themselves and make new friends then please contact:

Cranbourne Dolphin Guides will meet on Tuesday nights. 5.30pm to 7pm at the Cranbourne Guide Hall.
It will be led by two experienced volunteers (leaders) Ania (Sunshine 🌞) and Deb (Possum). We will also have a new unit helper.

Yesterday four of our Girl Guides enjoyed a lovely afternoon at the Casey District Awards Presentation Day. The girls were presented with a certificate and yellow rose (representing friendship) by our District Manager Susan (Pixie).
It was followed by a delicious afternoon tea to share with their families.
We look forward to more District Awards days in the future to acknowledge the extra work the girls do to earn these Peak Achievement Awards.
