Cranbourne Girl Guides joined other Guides in Casey District for the Casey District Survivor indoor and outdoor camp.
After the Guides received their tribe buffs they headed to get the tree mail, chose their tribe name and made their tribe flags.
The Guides chose to do activities such as caving, the possum flyer, archery, flying fox, climbing wall and iceblocking.
Possum was excited to see some beautiful pink heath growing on the roadside while her and Kiwi were walking to the caves with the girls. The girls were interested to learn it is the state floral emblem
On campfire night we were joined by a gorgeous Tawny Frogmouth, who enjoyed listening to the girls sing. ๐ถ ๐ต
Rain on Sunday didn't stop our Girl Guides from enjoying a Survivor wide game, where they did a food challenge, eating eye balls and other delicious treats ๐, they built a raft for Barbie with a lashing technique, learnt fire lighting skills, did tracking and they managed to take all the tents down before the rain hit. There were lots more fun activites too. ๐
