We had the perfect weather for JOTA/JOTI 2026 today🌞🎙
The Guides had the opportunity to communicate with Guides and Scouts from around the World 🌎 over the radio and internet chatting to over 25 countries.
They also enjoyed learning morse code and semaphore, making mini first aid kits and Semaphore Susan's, doing the fox hunt, playing JOTA bingo, filling in their activity booklets, using the walkie talkie's and being amazed that you can actually communicate using tin cans. 😊
Thank you to the awesome Cranbourne leaders Alinta, Gecko, Maraca, Quokka, Pixie (Susan Our District Leader) Cath, Wendy and Chris (our wonderful Trefoil ladies), Kiwi and Moree. A huge thankyou to the Gippsland Gate Radio & Electronics Club for the use of your equipment and expertise. Your support of this event every year is amazing 🙏🙏🙏 😊

The One n Only Ranger Guides kick started term 4 with campfire cooking.
They made loaded fries, croissant smores and tim tam smores. A perfect Spring night to sit, chat and eat 😋😊🔥🍳

We hope all our Guides have had a wonderful school holiday break and are ready to begin term 4.
Our Guide units start back this week 😁
Yim's tonight, Paw Print's Wednesday and Rangers (Ono's) Thursday night.
There are lots of fun activities planned for this term, including JOTA/JOTI, our Spooky disco, a Bunnings BBQ, a sleepover at Myuna farm and all the fun things we do during unit nights.
Let's make Term 4 unforgettable 💙✨️💙

on Thursday.
Colour Camp will bring together three regions for a fun and exciting weekend of adventure at Britannia Park Campsite.
This camp is open to all GGV Members from Youth to Olaves, Adults and Trefoils.
