Most of what you've learned in over a decade in your industry was never written down, and it ends with you unless you pass it on.
You know which qualifications matter and what makes a candidate stand out. You know how people get hired in your field, and what early mistakes cost you years. A few juniors at work may hear some of that but the rest stays with you.
Somewhere in Melbourne, a student has the grades but none of that knowledge. Navigator puts you at the table with three of them.
What is the Navigator Mentorship Program?
Navigator is a six-month mentorship program run by Activate Youth Inc. in partnership with Muslim Legal Network. We're looking for 12 professionals with 10+ years in their field. Each mentor guides a small group of three university students or recent graduates who want to build a career in that field.
Once a month, you meet your three mentees in person over lunch or dinner, and we cover the meal. We handle matching, scheduling and structure, so you won't need lesson plans or reports.
Your legacy can take more forms than the projects with your name on them. It can carry on in the career a mentee chooses, the questions they learn to ask, and the students they mentor ten years from now.
Who are we looking for?
Engineers, lawyers, accountants, medical professionals and business owners, plus experienced people from other fields.
10+ years of experience in your field.
Based in Melbourne and able to meet in person once a month.
Happy to share what you know with three people starting out.
How to apply?
1. Open the link below.
2. Tell us about your field and your experience.
3. We'll match you with three mentees and contact you before the program starts in October.
Applications close Sunday 20 September.

This is Navigator's first cohort. As a founding mentor, you'll help shape how the program runs from here.
