We have clothes on hand for people who come in to use our showers and washing facilities so that they have something clean to put on. We're currently short of adult track pants (men and women, all sizes). We are looking for donations of new or good quality track pants to build up our stock again. If you can drop them off at the safe centre next time you're here that would be greatly appreciated. We're located in Christies Beach South Australia :)

Winter definitely made its presence known today ❄️

With the cold weather blowing around, more than half of our Monday Kangatraining crew were home resting and recovering from various bugs. We missed them and hope they're all feeling better soon 🤞🏼

But despite the smaller class, we still had such a beautiful morning together. There was plenty of chatting, laughter and connection, a reminder that Kangatraining is about so much more than exercise.
Some days it's the workout that fills your cup. Other days it's simply being surrounded by mums who understand exactly what season of life you're in.

Thank you to the mums who braved the chilly weather and joined me today. The warmth of our community more than made up for the wintery conditions outside 💕

FOOD DONATIONS WANTED. We provide food for the homeless and those in financial difficulty. If you are able to put an extra one of these in your trolley and then drop it off next time you're at the SAFE Centre, that would be greatly appreciated. All long life items accepted: long life milk, canned food, cereal, pasta, muesli bars, jam. Place it in the baskets near the Allsorts Cafe counter. We'll make sure it goes where it's needed!
