Year 7 student Quantisha, who is part of the Cape York Leaders Program, has SET in place to help with her education expenses. 🎓

Her grandmother Elizabeth opened SET for Quantisha, and has since accessed these savings to help cover boarding school needs, school camps and sports carnival expenses. 🏃‍♀️

For Elizabeth, planning ahead has helped make those school costs easier to manage.💙 She shared, “SET has helped me a lot. I’m less stressed and more organised.”

Lenore recently stopped by the O-Hub stall at Hope Vale’s Yarn Up event to have a yarn about Pama! 🙌

With Libby's help, Lenore logged into Pama to check her granddaughter Ngaire's SET and added the Pama web app to her phone's home screen for easy access. 📱

With Ngaire now in high school, Lenore is keen to restart her SET contributions for future education expenses. She also learned how Personal Saver could help her save for a family holiday. 🌴

Lenore also took home a Pama flyer for her son, hoping he'll open READY for her 18-month-old grandson. 💙

“I want my son to start saving for him now while he's still little. I wish I'd started earlier. It'll make things easier for him and give him a head start,” Lenore shared.

Kathleen recently visited the Cairns office and was assisted in signing up for Pama on her own device. 🙌

We showed her how to use Pama to check the balance of her Personal Saver and track her savings toward her goal. ⭐ Kathleen also explored some of the other features available, including Pama Points and how she can earn points. She especially liked the community calendar, where she can see upcoming events and activities. 📅

She shared, “Pama is really good. It has a lot of information.” 💙

Jennifer has recently restarted contributions to her son Isaiah’s SET, just as he prepares for an exciting next step in his education. Isaiah has been accepted to attend Tech NQ in Townsville next year, where he’ll have the opportunity to gain diesel fitting experience while continuing his schooling. Diesel fitting is the pathway he wants to pursue, making this an exciting opportunity for his future. 🙌

When asked why she opened SET for him, Jennifer shared, “I opened SET so I could pay for all his education expenses, like his fees and any uniforms.”🎒

She is also thinking ahead for her daughter Saphera (pictured) and wants to open a READY for her in the near future. 💛

Tiara from Hope Vale has taken a positive step for her son Zaelyn by opening READY and starting to plan ahead for his learning and education needs. 🌟

For Tiara, it’s about being prepared and making sure Zaelyn has support for the things he needs as he grows and gets ready for school. 📚
