💰$18 per class or $12 Seniors

A bit about Danielle's the class:

The Qigong / Tai Chi class being offered to the community is based on medical Qigong, not martial art Qigong, and therefore has a more gentle approach. If you are looking for a quick fix to get you buff and lean in 7 minutes a day, then this is not for you. The aim of this soul nourishing class is to engage you in movements and breathwork that help you release tension and stress which then naturally allows your lifeforce energy to flow and build while all organs and systems of the body come into balance. The class will help you to physically increase your energy and vitality, as well as improve posture, strength, flexibility, lung capacity, mobility and coordination. Mentally you will become calmer which improves clarity, decision-making, emotional resilience and confidence.

🌟National Volunteer Week is here and this is the week we celebrate amazing people in our community.
This year’s theme, “Your Year to Volunteer,” celebrates the many ways people contribute across different life stages, communities and circumstances.
Every volunteer here at BLLC and across our Shire brings something valuable to our community, and we are grateful for the time, skills and kindness they share.
Throughout the week, I will be sharing videos and quotes from some of our wonderful volunteers here at BLLC highlighting what they love about being a Volunteer.
Stay tuned. 😊
