As works continue on the Inland Rail Project, Broadford Residents Action Group would like to sincerely thank the community for patience and tolerant attitude as the town has been disrupted for so many months. We know many more disruptions are coming, so please remain calm and obey the advice and traffic controllers directions.
Broadford was the only town which had 3 bridges, which we all know caused a huge inconvenience to everyone.

A collaborative affair between, Broadford Residents Action Group-Friends of the Broadford station sub committee, Mens Shed, Bells Bin Hire, and Sunday Creek Landcare together with V/Line, can see improvements to our station occurring. These are all (with exception of Karen and team from Vine) volunteers. Well done teams on efforts so far. Amazing what people can do if they all band together, including having safety officers onsite. A big thank you to everyone.

Broadford Residents Action Group are all volunteers. Are you looking for something to do around Broadford, there are so many volunteering opportunities for you participate in. Love in Action, Broadford Residents Action Group, and another BRAG group, Friends of Broadford Railway Station, Mens shed, Broadford and District Historical Society, and Op shop to name a few. If you have been to Harley Hammond Reserve of late, you will notice how a couple of volunteers have changed the look, under the auspices of the Committee of Management. Graham and Allan ( seen having a well earned rest), have done great work with the assistance of Marie, Natalie, Grant Hibbert and others.
Look at the work of another, Stu Denness who painted this symbol of Cancer Awareness Pink Day,on the oval . Well done everyone.
The Mitchell Shire will shortly be running a volunteers day where you can see what is available in our town. Look out for details on their website and local paper.
