PLEASE SEE MESSAGE FROM WPBA

Dear Team Organisers,

I'd like to give everyone a heads up regarding all games at Flinders - Tyabb tomorrow morning.

Flinders are hosting their Open Day, which means school tours will be taking place across the grounds during games. As a result, there will be limited parking in the Boes Rd carpark, so please ensure you arrive early.

It is very important that all WPBA members remain respectful of these tours and that no one wanders through the school grounds or interrupts any tours. WPBA only has permission to access the Boes Rd carpark and the school gym - no other areas.

In addition, the school has informed us that there have been multiple instances this season where unsupervised children have caused damage to or made a mess of the school grounds. Please ensure all children are supervised at all times and remain within the gym area during games. Cameras operate throughout the school grounds, and any future costs that result from damage will be passed on to the teams and families involved.

We are very fortunate that our local schools allow us to use their gyms outside of school hours. In return, it is important that we respect their facilities and follow all expectations that they outline.

Undermanned and undersized but gave it everything they had.

Rory hit a 3 on the buzzer to win the game!!!!! One he will remember forever.

As our Domestic Competition is in grading phase, and our Representative programs are in tryouts, it's timely to remember the other team who play our great game.

They may be in black & white, or even green, and perhaps have a whistle around their neck, but part of the game they are.

Just as we expect that our athletes, coaches, and supporters show respect to each other, we also expect that this respect is afforded to our technical officials.

Our referees, scoretable, and statisticians are all someone's daughters and sons.
