NEW SIGNING - ANDREW JONES

29-year-old right-arm fast bowler, Andrew Jones joins the Bears for the upcoming season after spending the past four years with the McKinnon Cricket Club.

Andrew brings plenty of experience to the Bears, having previously played Premier Cricket with both Dandenong and Hawthorn Kingston.

A genuine quick with Premier Cricket experience, Andrew will add pace, experience and depth to the Bears’ bowling attack.

Corker is back for more.

Turf 4 Premiership Captain Cory Bevan has recommitted to the Bears for season 2025/26.

In his first year as captain Cory led the seconds to Premiership glory, being award Man of the Match in the grand final capped off a stellar season where he took 26 wickets @ 14.

We are excited to announce that Tommy Rex is officially a Bear.

Tommy hails from England, and despite being only 23 years of age, he brings leadership and maturity well beyond his years. He is currently the captain of his Birmingham Premier League club, where he has already taken 200 first‑grade wickets in just four seasons. He has also contributed nearly 1,000 runs in that time, underlining his credentials as a genuine all‑rounder.

Tommy’s résumé includes County 2nd XI experience with Warwickshire, where he finished as the leading wicket‑taker in their four‑day competition.

This summer marks Tommy’s third season in Australia. Last year he competed in the ECA Dunstan Shield for Edinburgh CC, producing outstanding numbers:
43 wickets at 17 and 274 runs, confirming he is a proven performer in Australian conditions.

We’re looking forward to a massive season from Tommy.

Doncaster Town Boys are Back.

After a fantastic season on and off the field last year premiership players Ollie Booth & Rob Grace are returning to the Cave.

Ollie had a great season with the ball taking 26 wickets @ 14, whilst Rob starred with the bat making 373 runs, which included a match winning 70 in the Grand Final.

We look forward to what these two premiership stars bring to the Cave this season.
