And that is a wrap for our August Drive 😁

On behalf of all the volunteers here in Bendigo a big thankyou to all those that donated.
Your donations are currently being counted, logged, combined and will be distributed to those charities and organisations that requested products.

We take a break now until our favourite time of the year! Its In The Bag Campaign which starts Nov 6th and runs through until Nov 22nd. Hope you can join us ❤️

Please Bendigo ... if you have the means to just donate 1 more of tampons, pads (teen and maternity), cups, period un**es or incontinence products this will make the world of difference to those in our community that are struggling ❤️

There is still time over the weekend to get your donations to us via the pink boxes located at Woolworths 😁

Bendigo we are so grateful for the period products that have been donated so far!
We truly appreciate the time, effort and extra cost you have done for us so that we can get these urgently required products to where they are needed most ... but we need more tampons.
If you can donate a packet of tampons that would help a person who menstruates for 1 month ❤️

Thankyou Bendigo for what you have donated so far, we as volunteers appreciate it ... but we are chronically short on all period products.

As we come towards the end of the Drive and we start to collate our numbers we realise that we will have to give the charities and organisations less than what they have requested.

As the weekend approaches and you are out shopping for your groceries please consider popping in your shopping cart a packet or two of period products to donate.

We know the current economic climate is tough so, if you can, let's help those that might be finding it a little bit hard to buy a packet of tampons or pads.

You can donate at the Woolworths Pink boxes or participating businesses.

Hey Bendigo,
As well as donating pads and tampons you can also donate specialty period products such as maternity pads, teen tampons and pads, menstrual cups and period un**es. These products are requested frequently by our charities and organisations we deliver too.

So are you doing your weekly shop this weekend?

Woolworths who partner with Share the Diginty for our August drive have some great specials this week especially the period un**es - the U by Kotex period un**es are half price! If you are able to donate these we would appreciate if you could choose large sizes 14 plus.

At the end of week 1 of Share the Dignitys August drive our volunteers love seeing the pink donation boxes with period product donations.

Every drive we are always short on fulfilling our tampon numbers that are requested by charities and organisations.
This month we hope to fulfill our tampon numbers - you can help us by purchasing a packet or 2 each time you shop and popping them in the pink donation boxes at the front area of a Woolworths.

And we are off! Welcome to the start of Share the Dignity August Drive.

We are so thrilled that all 5 of Bendigo Woolworths (Epsom, Marketplace, Golden Square, Lansell Plaza and Kennington) have boxes out ready to accept donations of pads, tampons, period underwear, menstrual cups and incontinence pads.

We are also happy to have some non-Woolworths businesses that are also accepting donations –
