Thanks to the Peter Sheahan Walk Up at The Bendigo Club today.

Door Entry, Lucky 50 and Raffle tickets have raised a generous ( absolute fantastic ) amount and all proceeds go to our Auxiliary.

Happy Retirement Deanna 💐

Some of you may have come across Deanna in the Hospice Unit. She is a beautiful caring person who will be sadly missed. But it is now her time to put her feet up and bake her famous sausage rolls.

Deanna attends the Auxiliary meetings and you can guarantee there is always plenty of chatter and laughs when she is around 😂

Volunteer Week 💛

The Palliative Care Auxiliary would not operate without volunteers.

This amazing bunch of ladies work tirelessly for our auxiliary to ensure our community is supported in time of need.

If one person could volunteer even 3 hours a fortnight what a difference it would make to many groups, people's lives and our community 👏

Matter for Cause 💛

Thanks again to Beck Legal for this wonderful initiative towards the upgrade of the Palliative Care / Hospice Unit in Mercy Street.

Our President Valerie, Treasurer Judy and myself met with Beck Legal staff and other Bendigo Health representative for a morning tea last Thursday.

It was a very informative morning with speakers from different areas of Bendigo Health speaking about Palliative Care, the upgrade of the Unit in Mercy St and the Volunteer services and why this is so important to our community.
