In just four weeks, Guides will be coming together for days packed with adventure, new experiences, new friendships and plenty of moments they’ll be talking about long after they get home.

There’ll be things to try, challenges to tackle and lots of chances for girls to have a say in their own adventure.

Join us for our annual State Campfire – a relaxed, joyful evening of singing and connection under the stars. Bring your family, your voices and your warm jumpers as we gather with Girl Guides from across Western Australia to share in the tradition of campfire songs, laughter and community.

Girl Guides are known for their commitment to community, leadership and service — and this drive embodied all of it. By collecting stationery for Give Write, these young leaders helped us support students across WA with the tools they need to learn confidently.

🐾 Guiding skills making a difference! 💙

As part of earning her Pet Badge, Mylah from Rockingham took on a challenge that helped support a very worthy cause!

Mylah handmade key rings and sold them to family and friends, raising an amazing $53 for Guide Dogs WA. 🦮

What a wonderful way to combine creativity, fundraising and community service. Well done, Mylah! 🌟

WANDERSCAPE Lasting impact project

The Gilbert’s potoroo is a tiny, nocturnal marsupial found only in the south-west of Western Australia. It was once thought to be extinct until a small population was rediscovered at Two Peoples Bay Nature Reserve, east of Albany, in 1994.

Today, the Gilbert’s potoroo remains Critically Endangered, with only a very small population. Protecting its habitat and establishing additional populations are important parts of its recovery.

Our Challenge

During Jamboree, our Guides will become Potoroo Protectors, learning about this incredible little animal, the habitat it depends on and the challenges facing its survival.

But our Lasting Impact isn't just about learning.

It’s about helping other people learn too.

Each Guide will have the opportunity to become an ambassador for the Gilbert’s potoroo by creating awareness and sharing the story of this very special animal.

Join Leaders from across Western Australia for a day of sharing ideas, building confidence, and exploring what makes Guiding so special. Whether you're new to your role or have years of experience, this interactive day will give you practical tools, fresh inspiration and the chance to learn alongside other passionate volunteers.

Across four engaging sessions, we'll explore the heart of Guiding, from the Guide Promise and Law to creating a strong sense of belonging, supporting meaningful girl-led leadership and recognising the growth of both Guides and Leaders. Expect plenty of discussion, hands-on activities and opportunities to share what's working in your own Unit, because some of the best ideas come from each other.

Leaders working towards their Unit Leader or Assistant Unit Leader Qualification can also complete the Leadership Qualification Training requirements by attending all four sessions, removing the need to attend the online qualification training course.
