Headspace Bega Our service is free to all young people and their family and friends. This page is not actively monitored and cannot give emergency aid.

headspace Bega provides mental health, drug and alcohol, physical and sexual health and educational and vocational supports to young people aged 12-25 and their family and friends Our headspace Bega hub also outposts to Cooma, Narooma and Eden, so if you are in those towns or anywhere in between we can help. If you need to access our service you can self refer or you can be referred by you GP or b

y a family member, we do not discriminate on the way a referral comes to us, we have a No Wrong Door policy in that you can come to headspace for any issue and we will listen and help. Contact Lifeline 13 11 14 or 000.

Is your teen neurodiverse? Are they struggling with stress, focus, or shut-downs?

We're collaborating with Kristi Sproates and Brain Gym for next month's parents and carers group workshop to discuss practical brain-bidy strategies for supporting neurodivergent young people.

The group will take place at headspace Bega on Wednesday July 1st from 4:30-6:30pm. Call us on 6494 8844 to book your spot!

Did you know our Peer Worker Alex works across our Bega, Eden AND Cooma offices? Check out our pinned post about peer work if you'd like to hear more about how he can help.

In the meantime, he's going to keep trying to escape the cold Cooma weather today while he's moving between outreach appointments.

With our Cooma office temporarily closed, for renovations, you can still access clinicians via telehealth, and peer work or work and study support via outreach!
