Ballarat East Neighbourhood House Ballarat East Neighbourhood House is located within Barkly Square at 25-39 Barkly Street, Ballarat. We are open 9.00 am - 5.00 pm during school term.

Our purpose is to advance social and public welfare by advancing mental health and preventing social isolation and providing a physical location where we support individuals to undertake activities, or work on projects, in the company of others. We also deliver a range of regular activities at the Eureka Hall on Stawell Street South, Ballarat East, including Tai Chi and Drawing Group. Before visiting, we recommend making an appointment by phone or email.
