How many of us have felt this joy through dance?

I am sharing this quote from my friend's new book, "When Chemo is the New Black" by Rhondda Waterworth, a love story set in France, and also a survival guide for living with ovarian cancer, and other incurable illnesses.

Rhondda danced with us online a few times, when I was running classes online a long while ago. This is us the last time we saw each other, many years ago, before she moved to France.

When your teen’s first solo adventure to the other side of the world includes a message home that says, “Mum, guess what I am going to do tonight in Liverpool on John Lennon’s anniversary?” And he sends you a 5Rhythms class advert…my heart feels reassured he’s going to be just fine out in the wild.
England is also where I did my first solo adventure and 5Rhythms classes (and camp) back when I was 19. It was a paper flier I had collected somewhere…and I still have it!!
It was the best thing I had ever done.
