What an incredible weekend at the Fantasy Medieval Fair in Mt Gambier!
The Companions had our largest turnout to an event in 10 years!
We took to the field with our pantomime, which was warmly received by the crowd!
Those who had tickets to the evening feast were treated to "Saucy Chaucy" — our evening show featuring the Chaucer tales that are decidedly *not* suitable for younger ears!
Our kitchen was in full swing, turning out amazing period food that filled the belly and warmed the soul. (and exhausted the Chef!)
Our heralds kept the joust in fine order, bringing the thunder of the tournament to life for the audience.
A huge thank you to everyone who came and set up tents, stirred pots, performed for crowds, swung swords, heralded, washed dishes, drank and were merry.
