2026 theme: Small Acts, Big Impact

Bullying is everyone’s responsibility, and small acts can make a real difference.
This year’s theme reminds us that actions don’t need to be big to change someone’s world. Small actions – like including someone, speaking up or showing kindness – can create meaningful change. In our schools and communities, our goal is to build environments where everyone belongs, diversity is celebrated and bullying is never accepted. During Bullying No Way Week, we encourage students, schools, families and communities to engage in small acts that can have a big impact against bullying.

Your experiences matter. Your ideas matter. Your story matters.

International Youth Day is a reminder that young people deserve to be listened to, included, and empowered to shape the future.

If you're finding things tough, remember you don't have to face it alone. Reaching out is a sign of strength.

💚 We're here when you need us.

💛 International Day of Friendship 💛

A good friend can make tough days feel a little lighter.

Today, we're celebrating the people who listen, laugh with us, and remind us that we're not alone.

Tag a friend who has been there for you or send them a message to let them know you appreciate them. Sometimes, a simple "thank you" can make someone's day.
