🧵📣 Free Sewing Class – Participants Wanted! ✂️🪡

Our free sewing class is looking for more participants! Open to everyone, from beginners to experienced sewers. Come connect with others, enjoy a friendly chat over a cuppa ☕, and learn new skills.

All materials are supplied 🧶 (or bring your own if you prefer). Past projects include soup bowl mitts, rope baskets, kids’ clothing, and more!

🌟 Smiling Start is coming to our Aunties Circle! 🌟

Next Friday 19th June, we’re excited to welcome the Smiling Start team who will be delivering a dental education session for families 🦷✨

They will also be enrolling babies and children for dental check-ups happening on 26th June.

This is a FREE program and everyone is welcome!

🌿 Tamil Culture Playgroup – Starting Next Monday! 🌿

We’re excited to start our Tamil Culture Playgroup next Monday! 🎉 Everyone is welcome – you don’t need to have a Tamil background to join.

Children will enjoy songs, stories, and activities while learning about Tamil culture in a fun, friendly space.

✨ Benefits include:

Learning about different cultures
Building respect and inclusion
Encouraging curiosity and social skills

We are very pleased to share that we have received a Supporting Stronger Communities (SSC) grant 🙌

With this support, we will be launching a Tamil Multicultural Playgroup starting from Monday 15/6, running for 10 sessions 🗓️

This beautiful new program will be supported by a lovely bilingual worker and an experienced playgroup worker, creating a warm and welcoming space for families to connect, learn, and grow together.

🌿 Each session will include:
✨ Cultural learning experiences
🎶 Rhyme time
📖 Story time
🎨 Play-based activities and more

This is a free playgroup and no booking is required.

We warmly invite families to come along and be part of this exciting new multicultural program 💛
