health and equity, because when we talk about rights and justice for women and girls, menstrual health has to be part of that conversation.

Such a privilege to be involved in this way of showing value to women & girls throughout our world and helping to empower them. Please encourage others to support this wonderful

Every stitch, every Kit packed, every conversation led, every fundraising effort — it all adds up to life-changing impact. Together, you help girls stay in school, support women to participate fully in their communities, and break down the stigma and silence around periods.

Whether you're sewing from your kitchen table, sorting PUL in a bustling chapter room, teaching an Ambassador of Women’s Health session, coordinating shipments, or advocating for menstrual equity, you're shaping a more just and dignified world.

Conference entertainment!

Garry and I had a wonderful time at the Days for Girls Australia conference in Fiji last week, with Oceania teams, meeting the DFG International founder Celeste Mergens along with our amazing Australia Board. Such an informative and encouraging time, with lots of fun thrown in!

It was extra special to join a group taking kits out to Korovuto Village, Nadi with health education for the women & girls. Thanks to Fiji West DFG team for organising that.
