2026 NBL1 EAST PLAYER ANNOUNCEMENT | BAILEY CHAMBERS ✍🏽
After a soft launch during Heritage Round, we’re excited to officially announce the signing of Comets Junior, Bailey Chambers, for the rest of the 2026 season.
After competing professionally in Greece for Pierikos Archelaos in the National League 1, Chambers is back home and locked in for the remainder of our 2026 NBL1 campaign.
We’re extremely delighted to have Bailey back in the Comets uniform after years away.

A special night celebrating the rich history, people and legacy of City of Sydney Basketball Association.
Our NBL1 Men and Women proudly wore our Retro Heritage Round uniforms as we honoured the generations of players, coaches, volunteers and supporters who have helped shape our club into what it is today.
A huge thank you to our CSBA Life Members and community members who joined us for a blockbuster evening against the Sutherland Sharks. Your passion and commitment continue to drive our club forward.

Huge thank you to Sydney Kings Assistant Coach Bill Tomlinson for spending the evening with our U14 Girls Gold 💚💛

The girls had an awesome session learning from someone who’s coached at the highest level — and more importantly, someone who gave their time, energy and knowledge so generously. From the little details to the bigger concepts, it all matters… and the girls soaked it up.

Opportunities like this don’t come around often, and we’re really grateful you chose to spend your night with us.

This National Volunteers Week, we celebrate and thank every member of our Comets Fam who generously gives their time, energy and passion to our community.
From coaches, team managers and referees to scorers, committee members, parents, canteen helpers and behind-the-scenes supporters — our association simply wouldn’t be possible without you!
