A huge thank you to everyone who joined us at the SA End of Year Celebration and Awards last week.

We were proud to honour the SA State Winners and National Finalists for the 2026 FIA Awards for Excellence in Fundraising, and to celebrate the impact we’ve collectively made throughout the year.

On Wednesday night, we held our Fundraising Institute Australia (FIA) South Australia End of Year Celebration and Awards Ceremony. We have so much exciting news and highlights from the event, but first, we want to acknowledge someone very special.

As the year wraps up, we farewell Meredith Waterhouse, whose term on the 2024/25 FIA SA Committee has come to an end. Over the past two years, Meredith has been the driving force behind our marketing portfolio, shaping our social media presence and strengthening how we communicate with our fundraising community here in SA (and don’t worry - we didn’t make her write this!) 😆

We were proud to present Meredith with a certificate of appreciation in recognition of her time, commitment, and contribution to the fundraising sector here in our beautiful state.

Thank you, Meredith, for your service, creativity, and passion for professional fundraising. You’ve made an enduring impact on our committee and on FIA SA 💙
