to the launch of the SKINCLUSION Global Initiative in New York - a collaborative effort bringing together voices from the pharmaceutical, beauty, media, and intercultural sectors to advance conversations on diversity, inclusion, and unconscious bias.

Initiated in partnership with ICDO, Obagi Medical, Project Implicit, and global ambassador Priyanka Chopra Jonas, the initiative highlighted the importance of representation, cultural understanding, and inclusive perspectives across industries.

The official panel discussion featured:
• Jaime Castle – President of Obagi Medical
• Priyanka Chopra Jonas – Global Ambassador of the Initiative
• Josipa Palac – President & CEO of ICDO
• Dr. Elisabeth Haines – President of Project Implicit

Together, the discussion explored how diversity, cultural dialogue, and inclusion contribute to building stronger and more equitable communities worldwide.
