Safety features of the Z-imba include is its resistance to fire and termites. The solid steel frame building is manufactured in a jig and will never leak or allow the ingress of drafts or insects. The use of Chromadek ensures there will be no rust when properly treated and looked after. The use of ALUCUSHION® drastically reduces the temperature within the building whilst helping to retain heat in the colder months. The Zimba can be sold flat packed or as an erected structure. Optional extras include PVC wall cladding.

Custom Office Structure for an NGO – Over a Year Old and Still Looking Good

This custom-built office structure was completed for an NGO over a year ago and is still looking great. Solid, clean, and doing exactly what it was designed to do.

Designed specifically to suit the client’s needs, this building was constructed using Zimba’s modular building panel system.

• Dimensions: 16.8m (L) × 5.7m (W)
• Roof Height: 3.35m at apex
• Doors:
• 1 × Aluminium Double Door
• 1 × Standard Wooden Door
• Windows: 11 × D4H aluminium windows to maximise natural light
• Internal Finish: Fully clad with white internal wall cladding

• Closed-cell polyurethane foam insulation with reflective barrier
• Ceiling finished with PVC ceilings and bubble foil insulation
• Solid steel construction throughout

Custom Open-Plan Studio | Finished Project

This custom open-plan studio is already over a year old and still looks as good as new.

A large open-plan structure measuring 11.6m × 11.9m, with a separate storeroom and WC, and a veranda along two edges to help keep the sun off the walls and improve internal comfort.

The external walls are finished in textured Sandstone Beige Chromadek, with 40mm insulation and white Chromadek internal wall cladding throughout.
