Building stronger communities starts with strengthening the people who serve them. MASO recently conducted a Solution Focused Approach training for its staff, Board members, and the MASO Youth Network, equipping participants with practical skills to identify strengths, develop solutions, and foster positive change.
By investing in leadership, collaboration, and solution oriented thinking, MASO continues to build the capacity of its team and youth leaders to deliver impactful, community driven interventions that transform lives and strengthen resilience.
