OUR HEARTS ARE HEAVY WITH DEEP SORROW
It is with profound sadness that Million Memory Project Zimbabwe (MMPZ) joins the nation, partners, colleagues, friends and the family of Mbonisi Tshuma in mourning his passing.
Mbonisi Tshuma was the Executive Director of Bantwana Zimbabwe, a remarkable leader, mentor and advocate whose dedication to children, adolescents, families and communities left a lasting impact.
His leadership was characterised by integrity, humility, compassion and an unwavering commitment to improving the lives of vulnerable children and strengthening communities across Zimbabwe. His vision and passion inspired many and contributed meaningfully to the work of creating a better future for those he served.
Although he is no longer with us, the legacy of service, kindness and positive change he leaves behind will continue to live on through the many lives he touched and the communities he helped empower.
To his beloved wife Emelda, his children Lihle and Khaya, extended family, friends, colleagues and everyone mourning this painful loss, MMPZ extends its deepest and heartfelt condolences. May you find comfort in the cherished memories you shared with him and strength during this difficult time.
As the Million Memory Project Zimbabwe family, we grieve the loss of a remarkable leader and partner. His passion, dedication and commitment to uplifting others will forever be remembered and deeply cherished.
