We're looking for a detail-oriented and friendly Finance Administration Officer to join our team!

Responsibilities:

- Manage registrations and intake of school fees
- Process payments and count money
- Prepare banking (assisting leadership with banking procedures)

Requirements:

- Matric with Maths and Accounting
- 1-2 years' experience as a Debtors/Creditors Clerk
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Fluent in English, Afrikaans, and Setswana
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Own transport (or live in Stilfontein) and valid driver's license
- Police clearance certificate
- Available to start immediately
