The Wierdabrug Community Police Forum (CPF) is established and is maintaining a safe and secure environment for members of the community, and to ensure a partnership between the community and the South African Police Service within the area of operation of the Wierdabrug Police Station. Main Objectives of CPF
-To establish and maintain a partnership between the community and the police with respec

t to crime prevention
-To promote co-operation between the community and the police
-To monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of the police
-To assist with identifying community specific concerns around crime and service delivery.

The Wierdabrug Sector 2 CPF plans to install cameras at strategic hotspots to strengthen community patrols, assist law enforcement and improve the monitoring of suspicious activity.
