Thank you to our eight incredible career info-session guests for 2026.

We profiled some interesting careers this year for our impact community and got an opportunity to interact first-hand with these professionals during both our informative sessions. Many of these seemed foreign to many of our learners - well, not now.

We are able to fulfill our career guidance arm of the organization through the assistance of keen professionals who are inspired to partner with an organization that is all about improving the lives of young people.

Youth Day commemorations evolving 50 years later.

Fifty years after the Soweto Uprising, many young South Africans say their biggest fight is no longer for access to education but for access to jobs.

Young people are central to our work and organization at Lebone Rivoningo Developments - they are also an essential engine to the future of communities, nations and the globe all round.

As we commemorate 50 years of the 1976 June 16 Soweto Uprising movement, let us take today to look back and honour the lives of those who shaped our inclusive education and opportunities we have today. May we also remember the power there is when a collective unites to fight for a common purpose and goal.

May we be reminded that the struggles of young people evolve and are still present to this day - though taking a unique form and stature.

May organizations, businesses, society groups, companies and governments continue to put young people first and at the centre when mapping the future of their various institutions. May their various strategies always have the young in mind.

May young people continue to believe in themselves, their dreams and what they are capable of doing. May they continue to invest in things that build, grow and develop them for the future and avoid those that harm, destroy and compromise their wellbeing.

At Lebone, we are in the business of investing in young people.
