Turns out our team's talent for covering long distances doesn't stop at the finish line of a marathon. Meet our cycling squad, who took on the N3TC Meals on Wheels Cycle Challenge, 103km outside Heidelberg, starting in a freezing three-degree Highveld morning.

Running, cycling, whatever the terrain, this team shows up.

52km between Dundee and Nqutu. Brutal terrain. Blazing performances.

On the ladies' side, Shelmith Muriuki took GOLD, crossing the line in 03:24:49. Tshuma Nobukhosi wasn't far behind, securing SILVER in 03:37:48.

On the men's side, Sphamandla Nkosi stormed to SILVER in a scorching 03:05:00.

This is what preparation, heart, and pure grit looks like. Congratulations to every runner who represented us out there on Sunday. You made history look easy.

Nobukhosi Tshuma. 85.77km. Durban to Pietermaritzburg. 5:53:36.
2nd place. Comrades Marathon 2026.

This is the woman who crawled across the Two Oceans finish line in April rather than give up. Two months later, she stood on the Comrades podium as only the second Black woman in the history of this race to do so.

Over 100 years of Comrades. And she is only getting started.

"Ska Fela Moya." Don't give up.

She never has. She never will.
