You may have heard that we're developing a new initiative for women across the Rising Star and GradStar communities and beyond. We're delighted to share its working name: Rising Women✨
Rising Women is intended to become a meaningful community for women in their working lives and careers: a space to connect, learn, access opportunities, support one another and help more women rise.
But before we decide what it should look like, we want to listen. đź‘‚
We've put together a short research survey to understand women's real experiences, what support is already useful, what's missing, and what would be valuable enough for women to genuinely make time for. As a Rising Star finalist, your input would mean a great deal.
