برعاية مدير عام مكتب الشؤون الاجتماعية والعمل بمحافظة تعز، وبحضور مدير عام مكتب التدريب الفني والتعليم المهني وعميد المعهد التقني الصناعي – الحصب
تم تدشين برامج التدريب المهني لـ 80 متدرباً ومتدربة ضمن مشروع تدريب سبل العيش المرتبطة باحتياجات السوق والتعافي الاقتصادي من خلال التعليم والتدريب الفني والمهني (TVET)، الممول من حكومة اليابان عبر المنظمة الدولية للهجرة (IOM)، وتنفيذ مؤسسة هورايزون للتنمية.

ويستهدف البرنامج تأهيل المشاركين والمشاركات في تخصصات:
▪️ تصميم الأزياء
▪️ صناعة الحلويات والمعجنات
▪️ صيانة الموبايل

ويأتي هذا التدخل في إطار الجهود الرامية إلى تمكين الشباب والشابات من اكتساب مهارات مهنية تلبي احتياجات سوق العمل، وتعزيز فرص الوصول إلى مصادر دخل مستدامة، بما يسهم في تحسين سبل العيش للأفراد والأسر المستفيدة.

كما يعزز المشروع قيم التماسك المجتمعي والتعايش السلمي من خلال توفير فرص متكافئة للشباب من مختلف الفئات الاجتماعية، وتمكينهم اقتصادياً بما يحد من عوامل الهشاشة والإقصاء، ويسهم في بناء مجتمعات أكثر استقراراً وقدرة على المشاركة الإيجابية في جهود التنمية والسلام.

Under the patronage of the Director General of the Social Affairs and Labor Office in Taiz Governorate, and in the presence of the Director General of the Technical and Vocational Education and Training Office and the Dean of Al-Hosab Technical Industrial Institute, vocational training programs were launched for 80 trainees under the project *“Provision of Market-Relevant Livelihoods Training and Economic Recovery through Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET)”*, funded by the Government of Japan through the International Organization for Migration (IOM) and implemented by the Horizon Foundation for Development.

The program aims to equip participants with practical skills in the following specializations:
▪️ Fashion Design
▪️ Pastry and Bakery Production
▪️ Mobile Phone Maintenance

This intervention is part of ongoing efforts to empower young men and women with market-relevant vocational skills, enhance their access to sustainable income opportunities, and improve livelihoods for beneficiaries and their families.

The project also promotes social cohesion and peaceful coexistence by providing equal opportunities for youth from diverse social backgrounds and strengthening their economic resilience. By reducing vulnerability and social exclusion, the project contributes to building more stable communities and encouraging positive participation in development and peacebuilding efforts.

مؤسسة هورايزون للتنمية توقع اتفاقية لتنفيذ برامج تدريب مهني لـ 70 شاباً وشابة في محافظة لحج
في إطار جهودها لتعزيز فرص كسب العيش وتحسين فرص التوظيف للشباب والنساء، وقّعت مؤسسة هورايزون للتنمية اتفاقية تنفيذ برامج التدريب المهني مع معهد الهواري أبو مدين التقني الصناعي بمحافظة لحج، ضمن مشروع "تدريب سبل العيش المرتبطة باحتياجات السوق في محافظات عدن ولحج وتعز".
ويُنفذ المشروع بدعم من المنظمة الدولية للهجرة (IOM) وبتمويل من حكومة اليابان، مستهدفاً 70 متدرباً ومتدربة من الفئات الأكثر احتياجاً.
ويتضمن البرنامج التدريبي أربعة تخصصات مهنية رئيسية، بواقع 84 ساعة تدريبية لكل تخصص، وهي:
🔹 التكييف والتبريد
🔹 تصميم الأزياء والخياطة
🔹 التجميل وتصفيف الشعر
🔹 صناعة الحلويات والمعجنات
كما يشمل البرنامج حزمة متكاملة من المهارات الحياتية والمهنية، تشمل:
✅ مهارات الجاهزية لسوق العمل (إعداد السيرة الذاتية، مهارات المقابلات الشخصية، ومهارات التواصل).
✅ مهارات ريادة الأعمال وإدارة المشاريع الصغيرة.
✅ الثقافة المالية وإعداد الميزانيات الأساسية.
✅ أخلاقيات العمل والسلوك المهني.
ويستهدف المشروع:
• النازحين داخلياً.
• أفراد المجتمع المضيف.
• الشباب العاطلين عن العمل.
• النساء ذوات الوصول المحدود إلى فرص كسب العيش.
وتهدف هذه التدخلات إلى تمكين المستفيدين والمستفيدات من اكتساب مهارات مهنية تتوافق مع احتياجات سوق العمل، وتعزيز فرصهم في الحصول على وظائف أو إنشاء مشاريع مدرة للدخل، بما يسهم في تحسين مستوى المعيشة وتعزيز الاعتماد على الذات وبناء مستقبل اقتصادي أكثر استدامة.

Horizon Foundation for Development Signs Agreement to Implement Vocational Training Programs for 70 Young Men and Women in Lahj Governorate
As part of its efforts to enhance livelihood opportunities and improve employment prospects for youth and women, the Horizon Foundation for Development (HFD) has signed an agreement with Al-Hawari Abu Madyan Technical and Industrial Institute in Lahj Governorate to implement vocational training programs under the project "Provision of Market-Relevant Livelihoods Training in Aden, Lahj, and Taiz."
The project is implemented with the support of the International Organization for Migration (IOM) and funded by the Government of Japan, targeting 70 male and female trainees from the most vulnerable groups.
The training program includes four key vocational specializations, each consisting of 84 training hours:
🔹 Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
🔹 Fashion Design and Tailoring
🔹 Beauty and Hairdressing
🔹 Pastry and Bakery Production
In addition, the program includes a comprehensive package of life and employability skills, covering:
✅ Job Readiness Skills (CV Writing, Interview Skills, and Communication Skills)
✅ Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management Skills
✅ Financial Literacy and Basic Budgeting Skills
✅ Work Ethics and Professional Conduct
The project targets:
• Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs)
• Members of Host Communities
• Unemployed Youth
• Women with Limited Access to Livelihood Opportunities
These interventions aim to equip beneficiaries with market-relevant vocational skills, enhance their opportunities for employment or self-employment, and support income-generating activities that contribute to improved living conditions, greater self-reliance, and a more sustainable economic future.

تمكين الشباب والشابات عبر التدريب المهني في تعز
في خطوة جديدة نحو تعزيز فرص العمل وتحسين سبل العيش، وقّعت مؤسسة هورايزون للتنمية اتفاقية شراكة مع المعهد التقني الصناعي الحصب بمحافظة تعز لتنفيذ برامج تدريب مهني متخصصة ضمن مشروع "تدريب سبل العيش المرتبطة باحتياجات السوق في محافظات عدن ولحج وتعز".
ويأتي هذا المشروع بدعم من المنظمة الدولية للهجرة (IOM) وبتمويل من حكومة اليابان، مستهدفاً 80 متدرباً ومتدربة من الشباب والنساء والفئات الأكثر احتياجاً في محافظة تعز.
وسيتلقى المشاركون تدريباً عملياً في عدد من المهن المطلوبة في سوق العمل، تشمل:
🔹 تصميم الأزياء والخياطة – 84 ساعة تدريبية
🔹 التجميل وتصفيف الشعر – 84 ساعة تدريبية
🔹 صيانة الهواتف المحمولة – 84 ساعة تدريبية
ولضمان جاهزية المتدربين للاندماج في سوق العمل أو إطلاق مشاريعهم الخاصة، يتضمن البرنامج مجموعة من المهارات الداعمة، منها:
✔ مهارات البحث عن العمل وإعداد السيرة الذاتية واجتياز المقابلات الشخصية.
✔ ريادة الأعمال وإدارة المشاريع الصغيرة.
✔ الثقافة المالية وإعداد الموازنات الأساسية.
✔ أخلاقيات العمل والسلوك المهني.
ويستهدف المشروع النازحين داخلياً وأفراد المجتمع المضيف والشباب العاطلين عن العمل والنساء اللواتي يواجهن تحديات في الوصول إلى فرص كسب العيش.
وتسعى هذه المبادرة إلى تزويد المستفيدين بالمهارات العملية التي تتوافق مع احتياجات سوق العمل المحلي، بما يفتح أمامهم آفاقاً أوسع للتوظيف والعمل الحر، ويسهم في تعزيز الاستقرار الاقتصادي للأسر والمجتمعات المحلية.

Empowering Youth and Women Through Vocational Training in Taiz
As part of ongoing efforts to strengthen employment opportunities and improve livelihoods, the Horizon Foundation for Development (HFD) has signed a partnership agreement with the Al-Hasab Technical Industrial Institute in Taiz Governorate to implement specialized vocational training programs under the project “Provision of Market-Relevant Livelihoods Training in Aden, Lahj, and Taiz.”
The project is supported by the International Organization for Migration (IOM) and funded by the Government of Japan, targeting 80 male and female trainees from vulnerable groups in Taiz Governorate.
Participants will receive practical training in several market-oriented vocational fields, including:
🔹 Fashion Design and Tailoring – 84 Training Hours
🔹 Beauty and Hairdressing – 84 Training Hours
🔹 Mobile Phone Maintenance – 84 Training Hours
To enhance participants’ employability and entrepreneurial potential, the program also includes a package of complementary life and business skills, covering:

Completion of the Qurbani Project 2026 – 1447

Horizon Development Foundation successfully concluded the 2026 Qurbani Project (1447 AH) on Friday, 29 May 2026, with the support of several humanitarian and relief partner organizations, as part of its ongoing efforts to alleviate the suffering of the most vulnerable families and promote the values of solidarity and compassion during Eid Al-Adha.

The project reached 2,950 displaced and low-income families, benefiting a total of 23,600 individuals across the governorates of Aden, Lahj, and Taiz.

This initiative was implemented in response to the growing humanitarian and economic challenges facing affected communities in Yemen, which have further increased the hardships endured by displaced families and other vulnerable groups.

Horizon Development Foundation extends its sincere appreciation to all supporting organizations, donors, field teams, and volunteers whose contributions made the successful implementation of this project possible. We pray that Allah accepts these efforts and that they continue to bring joy and relief to the families served.

اختتام مشروع الاضاحي للعام 2026م – 1447هـ

اختتمت مؤسسة هورايزون للتنمية ، الجمعة 29 مايو 2026م ، مشروع توزيع الأضاحي للعام 2026م – 1447هـ بدعم عدد من الجهات العاملة في المجال الإنساني والإغاثي.

شمل المشروع عدد (2950) من الأسر النازحة و الفقيرة ، بواقع 23600 فرد مستفيد، في محافظات عدن ، لحج ، تعز التي يعاني سكانها من ويلات النزوح وصعوبة الأوضاع، التي تمر بها البلاد

وتهدف هورايزون الى تحقيق مبدأ التكافل، وإغاثة الأسر المتضررة في اليمن من خلال توزيع لحوم الاضاحي والذي يسهم بشكل كبير في التخفيف عن كاهل آلاف الأسر ، لا سيما في المحافظات التي تعاني كثافة في النزوح وصعوبة في الأوضاع".

وتتقدم مؤسسة هورايزون بالشكر الجزيل لكل المانحين الذين ساهموا في دعم مشروع الاضاحي لهذا العام .

الجدير بالذكر أنّ مشروع الأضاحي يأتي ضمن الجهود المتواصلة التي تنفذها مؤسسة هورايزون للتنمية ، في مختلف المجالات الإنسانية والإغاثية في من المحافظات اليمنية.
