EXCITING NEWS!!!!!
Bridge Builder Marriage Ministry is opening an office in Weatherford, OK!

Starting September 10, 2026, We will begin seeing clients at our new office at 4200 Carriage Way.

For more than 14 years we have helped couples and individuals navigate some of the hardest seasons of their lives and see the success they longed for. We are excited to bring that same success to western Oklahoma.

We will be in Weatherford on Thursday and Fridays with both daytime and evening appointments available.

If your marriage is struggling, you do not have to wait until everything is falling apart to ask for help. If you are preparing for marriage, we want to help you build it well from the beginning. If you are walking through something personally and need a place to find healing, freedom, wisdom, and biblical direction, we would be honored to walk with you.

We believe strong marriages build strong families, and strong families change communities. We are excited to become part of Weatherford and to serve Weatherford, Clinton, Elk City, and the surrounding communities.

When you think right effective communication follows. Think first then speak.

Marriage has a funny way of convincing us that the other person needs to make the first move. If they would apologize first, listen first, soften first, then everything would get better. Before long, you're both standing still, waiting on each other.

The truth is, most breakthroughs don't happen because someone wins the argument. They happen because someone decides the relationship is worth taking a step toward. Then the other person does the same. That's where healing usually begins—not with a perfect solution, but with two people who refuse to let the distance grow any wider.

Maybe today doesn't require a grand gesture. Maybe it looks like sitting down for a conversation instead of avoiding one. Maybe it's reaching for their hand, saying, "I'm sorry," or choosing to listen without planning your next response. Small steps have a way of changing the direction of a marriage.

So here's today's challenge: take two steps toward the middle. You might discover your spouse was already taking two steps toward you.
