Our annual St. Patrick's Day Cottage Pie cooking day was a success, showcasing teamwork, skill-building, and camaraderie among the team, as scouts honed their culinary skills and relished the fruits of their labor. The extra fun part was singing along to fun songs in the air and maybe dancing a little! What a great team event.

Get ready for our delicious St. Patrick's Cottage pie!!! Pre-ordering is now available!

Celebrate St. Patrick's Day with a cottage pie followed by a couple of shamrock cookies. Each pie is made with beef or chicken topped with a lovely garlic-parmesan cheese mash potatoes. Cold weather did not deter our scouts and scout leaders from participating in Top Shot 2026 this past weekend at Diamond H Scout Ranch during the cold weather. Way to go!

The 2026 Scout favorite Trappers Rendezvous, Quivira Council campout event is carefully documented within the publication. Although the weather was cold, the scouts took great delight in trading activities and listening to mountain man tales.

One of our scouts traded 3 batteries (discovered in the bag and probably dead) up to a pocket knife.

Despite the chilly temperature today, our Scouts continued to serve with dedication. Their morning was spent scouting for food, and in the evening, they handed out water to runners at the Yukon Chill Your Cheeks. What a wonderful, blessed day!

The Scouting for Food program was a notable success this year.

Our scouts and volunteers successfully collected 341 pounds of donated food and $10 this morning from Westbrooke Estates HOA OKC and various neighborhoods in Yukon, all of which were donated to Manna Pantry, a local food bank situated on Cemetery Road.

It is heartening to see the community unite to help those in need. As a Troop, we appreciate the chance to undertake this meaningful service project.

Troop 390 took part in the Knights of Columbus trunk or treat event, showcasing our signature rope bridge challenges, a highlight for the kids, who demonstrated bravery in overcoming initial apprehensions to finish the course, with some finding it effortless, while all shared in the immense fun.
