Did you know?

Potential Development is home to more than 150 dedicated employees serving over 320 students across our school community. Our school is in session 11 months out of the year, and every day, our staff shows up with patience, purpose, and heart.

They adapt to the needs of each student who walks through our doors, creating safe, supportive, and educational classrooms where students can learn, grow, and thrive. They recognize the strengths in every student and help build a path toward success — one step, one lesson, and one victory at a time.

On National Teacher Appreciation Day, we celebrate not only our teachers but every staff member who helps make Potential Development such a special place.

Thank you for believing in our students, supporting their journey, and helping them reach their fullest potential.

We appreciate you today and every day. Go Pirates! 🧡💙
