FOOD PANTRY: Don't forget to secure your appointment for May to get food. We fresh pies, cakes, loafs of bread numerous other bakery items, ice cream cereal, milk and also have meat that varies (ham, beef, fish, chicken breasts and legs, sausage). Call us for a food pantry appointment at 330 746-4600 Monday-Thursday from 9AM-2PM. Our next day to take utility appointments is Monday, May 4 call at 9am.

Call Protestant Family Service Nonprofit & Pantry at 9AM on May 4th and we take the first several calls for appointments at 330 746-4600. Put us on redial and the phone will be busy. We offer utility help twice a month.

PLEASE SHARE --NEW: When we are closed, clients are now able to email us for FOOD APPOINTMENTS. [email protected] is the email that clients are now able to use to send a message FOR FOOD APPOINTMENTS ONLY (not utility). They must leave their full name and phone number. Once our office reopens THEN WE WILL CALL THEM BACK TO MAKE A FOOD PANTRY APPOINTMENT. NOTE: We are only able to call one time because of the volume of messages.

We need donations peanut butter and pasta noodles of any kind! FYI: A jar of peanut butter at Dollar Tree is $1.50 and pound bag of pasta is 95 cents at Walmart❤️! We also need Ramen noodles

I am sharing one of my favorite Memorial Day pictures of my great-nephew Ian! We thank all who served or are serving! My late father, Jerry Rushton was in the Army and taught soldiers how to jump out of airplanes at Fort Benning, GA. My late husband, John Pokrivnak was in the Navy on the USS Glacier, home port Christ Church, New Zeland and was the electrician in the engine room.

It’s never too late for Monetary Donations:
It was like Santa’s workshop yesterday getting ready for our annual Protestant Family Christmas Program! We provide gifts for 300ish children who’s families applied for a helping hand this year.

Everyone helping are ALL VOLUNTEERS! PFS volunteers are the most amazing people! They will help again today and Wednesday as we finish getting ready for parent pick up tomorrow! We also provide wrapping paper to the families and grocery store gift cards. The gifts come from churches, organizations, businesses, groups, other families and individuals that we are blessed to partner with!
