June is a month for creativity! We have programs for every type of art/craft you enjoy:
1. For those who say "It's all about the details", we have a button decorating class on 6/20! Inspired by the RW250 anniversary, you can learn how to turn a plain button into a statement piece with just the use of colored thread and weaving techniques.

2. For those who like to paint but may not have much wall space at home, how about a mini painting program on 6/24! Perfect for your desk, nightstand or other small tabletop. ALMOST FULL - sign up now!

3. For the writers out there, join us for erasure (AKA "blackout") poetry on 6/24, where we'll take pages from old books and eliminate select words/phrases to leave behind a new unique piece of prose!

4. Last but not least, for those who like to add a personalized touch, join us for Mindless Embroidery on 6/30! Bring an item you wish to embroider, and let inspiration do the rest! This program is also open to teens.

All materials will be provided for each program EXCEPT Mindless Embroidery. Registration required for all; use the "calendar "link in our bio to sign up.

Two for Tuesday - we have 2 children's programs running on Monday 6/22!

First is a teen-led macrame class for grades 4-5. Macrame uses a series of knots to form a shape/style, and can be used for both functional and/or decorative pieces. Our teen volunteer Vicky will show kids the basic steps and knots necessary to get started. All materials will be provided!

We're also happy to announce that Izod is back for PAWS to Read! Kids in grades K-5 can sign up for a 15-minute time slot (from 5:30-6:30pm) and build their read-aloud skills by practicing in front of a friendly therapy dog.

Monday Motivation - we're hosting a 2-day class with SCORE Westchester for small business owners and entrepreneurs beginning next week!
