MISSION MONDAYS 💪🏽☀️

Our mission is bigger than workouts. We’re building stronger minds, healthier habits,
discipline, confidence, and energy that our youth can carry into every part of life.

Wellness and conditioning matter because when our kids feel stronger physically and
mentally, they show up differently for themselves, their families, and their future.

This summer is about more than staying active — it’s about creating abundant moments,
healthier lifestyles, positive memories, and a foundation they can grow from for years to come.

One workout at a time. One lesson at a time. One stronger generation at a time 🌱✨

Every week, our cohorts check in on the “Survival Scale” from 1–6 — not to be judged, but to be honest about where they stand mentally, emotionally, at home, and in school.

Choosing a (1) may mean struggling, feeling lost, or disconnected. A (6) represents focus, growth, accountability, and pushing toward success. The reality is, not every child wakes up feeling like a (6) every day. Some days life hits hard, and they may share they’re at a (3) or (4). But that honesty creates awareness, support, and growth.

This scale reminds our youth that life will test them, but they don’t have to face those moments alone. Through mentorship, conversation, structure, and community, we help guide them back toward their highest level.

The goal is to build young leaders who stay focused even when the world around them feels uncertain. 💯✨

Creativity. Healing. Confidence. Expression 🎨✨

Our art session at Project Inspire Yonkers was more than just painting — it was a chance for our youth to speak life into themselves through powerful “I AM” affirmations and express who they are through art. Seeing our young men create, open up, and then step into their own photo shoot with confidence was a beautiful reminder of what happens when youth are placed in spaces built for growth.

We’re looking forward to many more collaborations with here in Yonkers. Huge thank you to their amazing artists and team for pouring into our community and helping create experiences that truly inspire. 🤝🖤

This is how change begins — through creativity, connection, and believing in our youth.

A Huge shoutout to Mary J Blige Center for allowing us to utilize their classroom
and computers! It was the perfect setting and equipment to make yesterday a success.

This week our youth participated in a hands-on Resume Writing Workshop with a professional
resume expert .morganized.today who lead a strong workshop helping them begin building
resumes and preparing for future opportunities.

From discussing strengths and experiences to learning how to professionally present
themselves on paper, participants took another major step toward workforce readiness.

One thing we quickly realized? The youth were LOCKED IN. 👏 We spent so much time working
through resumes and having meaningful conversations that we’ll continue career exploration
and resume refinement next week through one-on-one conversations.

Last year our mentee’s volunteered to serve the homeless drop in shelter where men without shelter, find a safe place to sleep for the night and congregate during the day.

A reflection on our cohorts last year showing what real leadership looks like — stepping up, serving with love, and feeding the community when people needed it most.

This moment was bigger than food. It was a reminder that hope is still alive, compassion still matters, and our youth are not the problem — they are part of the solution.

When young people choose service, unity, and purpose, they show the world that the future is still in good hands. 🌱

Last June, we celebrated the power of growth, discipline, and believing in yourself. 🏆✨

Real success isn’t pretending to be something you’re not — it’s putting in the work to become who you’re meant to be. That’s the real cool. Staying focused. Healing. Learning. Growing. Leading.

Watching our youth walk across that stage reminded us that greatness is built step by step, with guidance, support, and people who truly care. Proud of every student, parent, staff member, and leader who helped make this moment possible.

Next month Cohort 3 will be graduating, and that alone is proof that consistency, mentorship, and community can truly change lives. 🌱

Sometimes the biggest step forward starts with
simply getting up, dressing up, and showing up.

Shoutout to Coach E at Project Inspire. He spoke real life into our youth today — especially for those growing up around violence, negativity, broken environments, and people who make the wrong path look normal.

A felony, bad decisions, and the wrong circle can close doors, delay dreams, and make life harder than it already is. But guidance, discipline, and mentorship can change everything.

That’s why our mentors matter. Sometimes kids don’t just need advice — they need someone who truly sees them, believes in them, and helps guide them toward purpose instead of pain.

The future of our communities depends on the leadership, support, and example we give our youth today. 🌱✨

FutureLeaders

05/15/2026

This summer, we’re helping youth not only find employment, but discover direction, purpose, and confidence in who they can become.

From building stronger resumes to exploring real career paths, every conversation is about growth, preparation, and believing in their future.

The goal isn’t just jobs — it’s building leaders, thinkers, creators, and professionals for the next generation. 🌱✨
