🇺🇸⛳ AN IMPORTANT UPDATE ABOUT THE VETERANS CUP ⛳🇺🇸

With heavy hearts, we have made the difficult decision to CANCEL the 2026 Veterans Cup Golf Tournament.

Unfortunately, we did not receive enough registrations to make the tournament possible this year. We are truly sorry to everyone who was looking forward to joining us. We know many of you had planned to play, and we are incredibly grateful to those who registered, donated, shared our posts, and supported this fundraiser.

This tournament was created to help raise funds for the many programs we support throughout the year, including Youth Essay Programs, Patriotic Art, Law Enforcement & Safety Awards, scholarships, veteran assistance, and so much more. 🇺🇸

While we are disappointed, we aren't giving up! We are going to start planning now for next year's Veterans Cup and work to make it bigger, better, and even more successful. We hope you'll join us when we tee it up again! 🏌️‍♀️🏌️‍♂️

🚨 WE NEED YOUR HELP TO KEEP THE VETERANS CUP ON THE CALENDAR! 🇺🇸⛳

We've heard from so many people who have told us they already have a team together and are planning to play...and we couldn't be more excited!

Now we just need you to REGISTER.

Our deadline to submit player numbers to the golf course is August 13, and right now we don't have enough registered teams to move forward. Without enough registrations by that date, we will unfortunately have to cancel the tournament.

The Veterans Cup Golf Tournament is almost here, and we need YOU on the course!

Whether you're chasing birdies, hunting for the longest drive, or just looking for a great day with friends, this tournament is all about having fun while supporting our local veterans.

🕑 2:00 PM Shotgun Start, Best Ball

Registration:

When our roof started to leak we immediately called Scott at Clear View Exteriors for the repair. He did the initial repair completely free of charge and then came the bad news....we needed a new roof.

This was a $15k expense. Neither the American Legion Post 164 Yelm or VFW Post 5580 has that kind of money. Scott said, NO PROBLEM!

He rounded up donations from His company Clear View Exteriors, SRS Distribution, Marques at Stoneway Nu Metals Inc. And all of the Employees.l at Clear View. Scott and his employees worked around our schedules here to make the least impact on our daily operations.

We are so impressed with Him and his company and thankful that they chose to help out local Veterans and give us this new roof so we can continue to serve the Veterans in our Community.
