Sadly, someone decided to take some items that did not belong to them out of one of our contestant's vehicles over the weekend in Canyonville. If you took a Hooey duffle bag with NWYRA logo on it (similar to the one pictured) please contact me to return it, no questions asked. It contains some very sentimental jewelry items that we would like to recover for the owner. You can also drop it by the rodeo office, anonymously, during the Molalla HS rodeo 9/11-9/13 and I'll make sure it finds its rightful owner. It's not too late to do the right thing.

Thank you to everyone who competed in our Triathlon Saturday at Philomath! Entries brought in over $4500, with around $2,250 going back to contestants and around $2,250 going right back to the association!

Great job, everyone! And thank you to all who came together to pull off this event.

That’s a wrap on the 2026 NWYRA Season, and a great one at that!

Thank you to EVERYONE for helping make it a success. Our sponsors, our contestants and their families, our fellow board and directors and of course the facilities who allow us to utilize their beautiful rodeo grounds!

Stay tuned, once we have completed a full audit we will be posting the season top 3 all around winners, season standings/award recipients, Philomath weekend all around and the buckle earners for Philomath as well!

We are excited to share with you that Philomath Frolic & Rodeo is throwing a family friendly Casino Night Party for us this Saturday August 15 from 7-9pm in the Yew Corral! This is a FREE event for NWYRA families.

There will be snacks, beverages, games, giveaways and raffle prizes. It’s sure to be a great time!

We are so thankful for Philomath for not only hosting our association for our finals rodeo, but also putting on this family fun night for us to enjoy together. ♥️🖤
